Five Props That Cashed Big at UFC on ESPN+ 16

mmafight night: Smith vs Teixeira, odds, bets, picks, betting, gambling, five props

Five Props is a column featured on MMAOddsbreaker.com after every major MMA event that highlights the biggest underdog prop bets to cash out from that card. Here are five UFC on ESPN+ 16 bets that cashed big based on the closing odds from across various sportsbooks.

1) Glover Teixeira by Decision (+900)

In the night’s co-main event, Glover Teixeira came very close to submitting Nikita Krylov in the opening round. By not doing so, it became a much closer fight that ultimately went to the scorecards. It was the first time in Krylov’s 33 professional fights that he saw the scorecards. It was that fact that bubbled up Teixeira winning by decision to the night’s biggest prop winner at +900

2) Tristan Connelly by Decision (+700)

Michel Pereira came into this bout as one of the most hyped fighters in the UFC, but after this fifteen-minute bout that bubble burst. Connelly earned himself not only a lot of respect, but a victory as his constant pressure slowed down Pereira and he was able to take over the fight in the second half of the bout to earn himself a hard-fought victory. Connelly by decision paid +700

3) Louis Smolka by Knockout (+675)

Louis Smolka impressed as he landed a striking barrage on Ryan Macdonald earning a first round TKO victory. Smolka by knockout paid a whopping +675

4) Augusto Sakai by Knockout (+275)August Sakai cemented his position as a heavyweight to be feared as he quickly finished veteran Marcin Tybura with heavy punches in the opening round. Sakai by knockout backers were deservedly paid out at +275

5) Misha Cirkunov by Submission (+240)

Misha Cirkunov continued to show that he’s one of the biggest submission threats in the light heavyweight division as he was able to secure a Peruvian Necktie and submit Jimmy Crute in the opening round. The submission win provided bettors with a +240 winner

A $100 parlay on these five props would have netted a whopping $790,400
