Five Props is a column featured on MMAOddsbreaker.com after every major MMA event that highlights the biggest underdog prop bets to cash out from that card. Here are five UFC 235 bets that cashed big based on the closing odds from across various sportsbooks.

1) Diego Sanchez by Knockout (+1000)

It had been 11 years since Diego Sanchez won by knockout, but he turned the tables at UFC 235 wearing out Mickey Gall and beating him up on the mat to get the stoppage victory. The shock finish paid out as the highest prop cash of the night at +1000

2) Jon Jones by Decision (+752)

Jon Jones easily defended his light heavyweight title, but few expected he would be unable to finish Anthony Smith. He had Smith in trouble a few times, but ultimately ran out of time and the bout went to the scorecards. Jones by decision paid out at a whopping +752

3) Ben Askren by Submission (+685)

In a wild fight, Ben Askren was milliseconds away from being knocked out by Robbie Lawler. He recovered well and did well to latch in a bulldog submission which resulted in Herb Dean stepping in and deeming Lawler unconscious to give Askren the victory and submission backers a +685 cash

4) Pedro Munhoz by Knockout (+500)

In a firefight with both fighters throwing haymakers, Pedro Munhoz landed the key punch which sent Cody Garbrandt to the canvas to give Munhoz the biggest win of his career. Munhoz by knockout bettors received a +500 payout

5) Hannah Cifers by Decision (+450)

In the opening bout of the night, Hannah Cifers utilized a heavy hitting, combination approach to upset Polyana Viana via split decision. Cifers was +450 to win by decision

A $100 parlay on these five props would have netted $2,427,717
