Angela Hill wins by Decision (+245)

This is a great fight for Hill to win and I think she can get it done over the weekend. Gadelha hasn’t looked good in a lot of her recent fights now and she is either losing or winning fights by the skin of her teeth. She has definitely declined from her best days during her rivalry with Joanna and her cardio hasn’t improved by any means. If Hill can stick and move and pick apart Gadelha on the feet then this is her fight to lose. Hill has really come into her own in this three-fight win streak and a huge win over Gadelha would only propel her into title challenger talks. Angela Hill has been surging while Claudia Gadelha has been on the decline.

Edson Barboza (-130) Moneyline

Overall I don’t think I’m too worried about Barboza’s weight cut down to his new home at the featherweight division and this should be a welcoming win for him. While Dan Ige has put together a nice win streak of his own he hasn’t faced anyone of the caliber and talent level of Edson Barboza. I still think Barboza is one of the most talented and hasn’t hit a decline in his fighting performances yet. Mixing in viscous and fast leg kicks along with great jabs and overall just being the more elite fighter should help propel him to getting his hand raised here. I was leaning to a decision win for Barboza but I can also see him getting a TKO win here with punishment of leg kicks and finishing off Ige.

Thanks for reading, best of luck and stay safe!
