LFA 63 takes place at Bell County Expo Center in Belton, Texas on Friday (Mar. 29, 2019) at 10pm ET live on AXS TV. The main event features a welterweight matchup between former LFA champion Derrick Krantz against Justin Patterson
Krantz (23-10) has won six of his last seven fights with his lone loss coming against undefeated MMA Lab standout James Nakashima. The 31-year-old is coming off a TKO win over Hayward Charles at middlewegiht, which capped off his three-fight win streak.
Patterson (11-4) is coming off an impressive win over Fortis MMA standout Ramiz Brahimaj and has won back-to-back fights heading into this main event. The 33-year-old holds a win over current UFC welterweight Chance Rencountre.
Someone’s “O” has to go in the co-main event as undefeated featherweights Jake Heffernan and Gabriel Silva square off.
Heffernan (7-0) hasn’t fought since June of last year when he defeated Peter Stanonik by unanimous decision. The 29-year-old has finished three of his six career opponents, including Factory X standout Derek Brenon.
Silva (6-0) will be making his LFA debut and competes for the first time since Mar. 2017. The 24-year-old is coming off a unanimous decision win over Kamil Łebkowski at Fight Exclusive Night 16.
