UFC 207’s Tim Means: ‘I think all of Alex Oliveira’s strengths play to my strengths’ Dec 25, 2016

MMAOddsBreaker’s Frank Trigg speaks with UFC 207 welterweight Tim Means as he prepares for his upcoming preliminary card bout this Friday night (December 30, 2016) against Alex Oliveira at T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada.

The talented veteran is expecting a scrap especially on the inside

“I think all of [Alex Oliveira’s] strengths play to my strengths. He likes to get inside and grab that body lock. He has a really long reach but he doesn’t use it that much. He’s either way outside with his kicks or he gets inside trying to grab a body lock. He keeps very, very low hands, and I’m expecting him to want to wrestle. He’ll throw some kicks, some teeps, but I expect him to want to get inside. But if you get inside on me, I have elbows and I’m very comfortable with him from his previous fights.”
